Adding a 2-minute peer QA step caught errors on 1 in 4 deliverables
On a 3-person team, the editor was also the only checker — and missed their own mistakes. We logged a month: clients caught a fixable error on roughly 1 in 6 sends.

We added one step to the workflow: a 2-minute peer QA pass before any send, against a fixed 5-point card:
— Hook readable with sound off?
— Captions match audio exactly?
— Brand name and claims correct?
— CTA present and on-brand?
— Right aspect ratio and length?

The second set of eyes caught an issue on 1 in 4 deliverables internally — before the client ever saw it. Client-caught errors fell to near zero.

Save the 5-point QA card. Never let the maker be the only checker.
