Switched the first line to a direct question pointed at the viewer: "why is your reach stuck at 1k?" Same video after. Comments went from 30 to 94 on 21k views, and the comment volume pushed reach to 47k.

Do it now: rewrite your next hook so the first 4 words are a question the viewer can't ignore. Film it in one take.
