Small thing. Stupid lift.

Collagen offer, decent front-end, but a chunk of people parked at checkout and bounced. Added one line right above the buy button: "60-day money-back guarantee. We ship from [US state]."

That's it. No redesign. 10 days:
— Checkout CVR +17%
— Overall offer CVR 1.6% to 1.9%
— Refunds barely moved (+0.4%)

The hesitation at checkout is fear, not price. Naming the guarantee and showing it ships domestically kills the "is this a scam" voice in their head at the exact moment it's loudest.

Put the safety net where the panic is. Go test it.
