Matched my first and last frame, watch time went 1.4x to 2.1x
My loops were leaking. People hit the end and bounced because the last frame looked nothing like the start.

I recut so the final frame is identical to frame 1 — same pose, same background. Average loops went from 1.4x to 2.1x per viewer on a 22k-view Reel. That extra loop alone bumped me into a bigger reach pool.

Now: open your last post, screenshot frame 1 and the final frame. If they don't match, trim till they do.
