Swapped 9am for 6am posting, reach doubled for a week
Tested this 2 weeks ago on a cooking account. Was posting 9am like everyone says. Reach plateaued at ~7k.

Moved to 6am for 7 straight days. First few were flat, then day 4 a Reel hit 58k. Theory: less competition in the feed at 6am, so the algo had room to test me wider.

Try it: pick your worst-performing time slot and post 3 hours earlier for 5 days straight. Judge on day 5, not day 1.
