There's no clean export-import between Webflow, Framer, Wix, and Squarespace — different DOM, different CMS schemas, different interaction models. So "we'll just move platforms" really means redesign every page, re-model the content, rebuild every animation, and re-do every redirect by hand. People budget a weekend and lose a quarter, which is exactly why lock-in works: not because leaving is forbidden, but because it's quietly priced like a relaunch.
