No-code's real home was never customer-facing websites. It's internal tools, and we got the use case backwards.
For a public site you obsess over performance, SEO, portability, and pixel craft — exactly where builders compromise. For an internal admin dashboard, ops tracker, or approval flow, none of that matters: it lives behind a login, ten people use it, and "ugly but shipped today" beats a two-week sprint. We aimed no-code at the public web where it's weakest and underuse it where it's genuinely transformative.
