Weekly tracker health audit — the 8-point sweep
Trackers drift. Domains get flagged, postbacks rot, costs desync — silently. Run this sweep every week so you find the leak before it compounds.
— 1. Fire a live test conversion on each active offer. Confirm it lands. This single check catches most silent postback deaths.
— 2. Check every tracking domain resolves and serves valid HTTPS. Flag any cert expiring within 14 days.
— 3. Reconcile tracker spend vs ad-account spend per campaign. Gap over 5% = broken cost import.
— 4. Reconcile tracker conversions vs network conversions. Match rate under 90% = lost postbacks.
— 5. Scan for orphan clicks: clicks with no matching offer hit. Spike = a broken redirect or dead offer.
— 6. Review the bot/filter log. New bad placements to blacklist? Filter rate suddenly jumped (link scraped) or dropped (filter broke)?
— 7. Check server health if self-hosted: disk space, log rotation, redirect latency. A full disk on a Keitaro box drops clicks silently.
— 8. Confirm scheduled rules ran: auto-pause, cap rotation, cost sync. A silently-disabled rule is a slow bleed.
Log each result with a date. The trend across weeks is your early-warning system.
Run this every week, without exception.
