How a coach earned a knowledge panel in 6 weeks
Today's lesson: a knowledge panel — that boxed summary on the right of search with a photo and facts — appears when Google is confident it knows who or what you are.
Real example: a fitness coach searched her own name and got nothing on the right side. Google simply didn't "know" her as a real entity.
What she did:
1. Created a Wikidata entry (a free public facts database Google reads) listing her name, job, and website.
2. Used the exact same name and bio across her site, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
3. Added an "About" page describing herself plainly: who, what, where.
Think of it like introducing yourself the same way at every party until people remember you.
Result: in about 6 weeks a small knowledge panel appeared with her photo and title.
Try this: write your name and one-line title exactly the same on three sites today. 🎓
