One kill threshold is amateur hour. Tier it.
Here's my 3-tier on every creative:
— Soft watch: 1.5x payout spent, 0 conv → flag, don't touch
— Throttle: 2x payout, 0 conv → cut budget 50%
— Hard kill: 3x payout, 0 conv → dead
Gives borderline creatives a chance to prove themselves on less cash instead of binary live-or-die.
