Step 1: pick one promise your niche oversells.
Step 2: top panel shows the glossy version (stock-style).
Step 3: bottom panel shows the unglamorous truth, same crop ratio.
Step 4: zero caption — the contrast is the joke.
Result: 11 of 14 cleared 5,000 shares; average reach per post 612k vs a 90k channel baseline. Saves outran likes 1.4:1, which signaled 'send to a friend' intent.
The repeatable input was their own product category's hype. They never ran dry.
QA pass: identical crop, no text on images, bottom panel must sting.
