We're hearing more advertisers issue different codes per region — a US code, an EU code, a UK code — all under one campaign, so a single static listing shows the wrong code to most visitors.
Confirmed pattern: the network feed now carries a country field most publishers ignore.
Why it matters: one shown code = a high failure rate for international traffic, which trains users (and Google) that your page doesn't work. Render code by visitor geo, or label codes by region explicitly. Don't show one and pray.
