GEO note: tier-2 markets buy on a different fear
Running weight-loss or joint offers in IT, ES, PL, LATAM? The US fear is vanity. The tier-2 fear is often dependence — "I don't want to become a burden / I want to keep working / keep up with grandkids."
Reskin the angle, don't just translate it:
— Lead with capability and independence, not before/after thinness.
— Use family-role framing (provider, grandparent) over individual appearance.
— Local-authority framing ("[local profession] are talking about...") beats American-doctor framing.
Google-translating a US angle is why your tier-2 CTR is high and your CR is garbage.
Go test it.
