Live replays are dragging your VOD numbers

Live replays are dragging your VOD numbers
Word is the flat retention graph of a leftover live stream — long, low-watched, full of dead air — feeds the same channel-level averages that decide how your edited uploads get treated. A source says channels that hoard unedited 3-hour replays are pulling down their own per-video baseline.
For a channel like yours:
— trim or unlist sprawling live VODs; don't let them sit in the public mix as retention anchors
— a 3-hour replay at 4% average is mathematically poisoning your channel's signal
— clip the highlight, ditch the raw stream from the feed the system averages
Confidence: medium. Channel-level averaging is real; the live-replay drag is a reasonable inference creators report.
