<b>Q: My form submissions and outbound clicks are counted twice — am I double-tagging?</b>
A: Probably. Enhanced Measurement fires automatic events, and your manual tags duplicate them.
— In <code>Admin → Data Streams → [stream] → Enhanced measurement</code> (gear icon), GA4 auto-tracks outbound clicks, form interactions, scrolls, site search and file downloads.
— If you also added a GTM trigger for the same form, you get two events.
— Toggle off the overlapping Enhanced Measurement option, or remove your manual tag — keep one source per event.
Use DebugView and click the action once; if two events appear, you've found the duplicate.
TL;DR: Enhanced Measurement already fires these — don't manually tag the same actions.
