A cooked account (one Meta has quietly throttled or flagged) won't tell you. It just stops letting you scale.

Work the recovery, don't fight it:
— Stop raising budgets — that confirms the flag and can hard-cap you
— Hold flat spend, clean, for 5-7 days to rebuild trust score
— Move new scaling to a SECOND warmed account, leave this one steady
— Check for the spend-limit notice in Billing — sometimes it's a literal account limit, not a flag

Risk: pushing a soft-cooked account into a hard ban loses the pixel history too.

Never scale on one account. Warm a backup BEFORE you need it, not after.
