Q: People say a popular offer is saturated and burned out. No point running it, right?
A: 'Saturated' almost always means saturated on one traffic source, geo, or angle — usually the obvious one everyone copied. The offer itself can be wide open on a channel nobody's working. An offer hammered on push can be untouched on native, email, or a tier-2 geo.
Saturation is a map of where not to copy others, not a death certificate. The advertiser still wants quality leads; they just won't come from the crowded door. Find the underused channel and the 'dead' offer revives.
Short version: saturation is channel-specific — change the door, not the offer.
