Myth: the Threads API rate limit is too tight for real scheduling
Developers warn the Threads publishing limit is so low that schedulers choke. The current quota, on the order of 250 posts per 24 hours per user, is far above any sane human cadence.
Tested a tool running an aggressive queue for 10 days to probe the ceiling.
— Never came close to the daily publish cap with realistic volume
— The only throttling I hit was the container-creation step, which retries cleanly
The correction: the rate limit isn't your constraint; your audience's tolerance for volume is. Don't pick a tool 'to beat the limit.'
Annoying limitation: the per-tool error messaging conflates a transient container error with a hard rate-limit, which spooks people.
Verdict: worrying about the publish cap is Skip; the limit itself is a non-issue for normal use.
