Most dead memes die from cramming. Two jokes compete and cancel; the brain picks neither and scrolls. A viral unit carries exactly one idea, expressed three ways.

The SOP:
1. State your post's single idea in one sentence. If you need 'and', you have two posts.
2. Cut everything that doesn't serve that idea — extra text, second punchline, bonus reference.
3. Express the one idea in three layers: image, caption, and the first comment you seed.
4. QA pass: cover the caption — does the image alone still mean the one thing?
5. Save the cut second idea as a separate draft.

Input: a messy concept. Output: one sharp unit plus a bonus draft.
