Every format you ride accrues debt — saturation builds until the trigger stops firing. Track it so you exit before the crash, not after.

The SOP:
1. Log each format you post with a date and a saturation score 1-5 (how many other accounts you saw using it that week).
2. When a format crosses score 4, mark it 'paying debt' — one more post max, then retire.
3. Keep a 'cooling shelf': retired formats rest 60 days, then re-test at score 1.
4. Never run two score-4 formats in the same week — you double the staleness signal.

Input: your own posting log. Output: a clean rotation that always feels early.

When to run it: Friday review, before you queue next week.
Run it weekly.
