The SOP:
1. Collect 10 formats that worked in your niche — screenshot each.
2. For each, write the skeleton as a fill-in-the-blank: '[group] reacting to [unexpected thing]'.
3. Tag every skeleton by trigger: relatable, status, insider, contrarian.
4. When you need a post, pull a skeleton by the trigger you want to hit.
5. Retire any skeleton after 3 uses; refresh the library monthly.
