Refreshed a post in 30 min, no rewrite needed
Everyone thinks a refresh means a rewrite. Nah. My lightweight pass:
— Update the year/stats in the intro and any dated claims.
— Add ONE new section the current top-rankers have that you don't.
— Tighten the title for the actual query (check GSC for what people type).
— Add 3 internal links FROM newer posts INTO this one. Fresh link equity.
— Bump the modified date. Let the crawler know.
Did this to 6 posts. 4 of them moved up within a month. Cheap reps.
Go find one stale post and run it.
