Tier-2 links don't need a velocity plan. Spam them.
People drip-feed their TIER TWO links like it's the money site. Why are you protecting the buffer layer? Playbook:
— Tier 1 (pointing at your money pages): clean, slow-ish, hand-picked, varied anchors.
— Tier 2 (pointing at tier 1): volume is the POINT. Pace barely matters here.
— Never let tier-2 anchors leak exact-match toward the money site by accident.
— Index tier 2 aggressively; that's the whole job.
The entire reason tiers exist is so the dirty velocity lives one layer away from your asset. Drip-feeding tier 2 defeats the strategy and burns your budget.
Still babysitting your tier 2? Explain yourself.
