Phase 1: Score the list
— Tier A: did >2% engagement on a comparable product post in 90 days
— Tier B: on-niche, no proof yet
— Tier C: aspirational, parked for later
Phase 2: Match the offer to the tier
— Tier A: lead with a flat fee + commission. They've earned negotiating room.
— Tier B: commission-first, fee unlocks at 3 conversions
— Tier C: gifted product only, no cash
Phase 3: Sequence
— Touch 1 (day 0): one specific post of theirs you actually watched
— Touch 2 (day 4): the deliverable + rate, nothing else
— Touch 3 (day 9): a deadline tied to a real launch
— If no reply after touch 3, mark cold and move on
Definition of done: every prospect carries a tier, an offer, and a next-touch date in your sheet. No prospect sits without one.
Reuse the tiering rubric for every campaign. The list changes; the system doesn't.
