<b>Best of the inbox: reading your own reputation</b>
Most senders fly blind on placement. This week's picks all point at one fix — instrumenting your domain before you scale volume.
📊 Diagnostics
— Google Postmaster Tools — the only free window into your Gmail reputation buckets (high/medium/low/bad). Made the cut because spam-rate above 0.10% is the literal Gmail line in the sand, and this is where you watch it.
— Microsoft SNDS — pairs with Google for the Outlook/Hotmail half of your list nobody monitors. Worth it for the per-IP complaint data.
— mail-tester.com — fast pre-send sanity check; the 10/10 is shallow but it catches broken SPF/DKIM in 30 seconds.
🔧 Setup
— A DMARC aggregate-report parser (Postmark or Valimail free tier) — turns the XML firehose into a list of who's spoofing you.
Saved you ~2 hours of dashboard-hunting. Wire up Postmaster first; the rest is faster once you can see the buckets.
