Run this whenever a network pauses an offer or you see conversions flatline before midnight.
<b>Stage 1 — Confirm (first 10 min)</b>
— ☐ Media buyer pulls last 2h of postbacks; verify it's a cap, not a tracking break
— ☐ Media buyer screenshots network dashboard cap status with timestamp
<b>Stage 2 — Contain</b>
— ☐ Media buyer pauses the affected campaigns, not the whole account
— ☐ Media buyer reroutes spend to the #2 offer from the swap list (kept in the campaign doc)
<b>Stage 3 — Recover</b>
— ☐ Account manager messages the network asking for a cap raise with yesterday's EPC as proof
— ☐ Ops lead logs the cap event in the offer's notes with date and lost-spend estimate
<b>Owner:</b> Media buyer (steps 1–4), Account manager (5)
<b>Trigger:</b> Conversions stop before EOD
<b>Done-when:</b> Spend is rerouted and the cap request is sent.
