— ☐ Next period's plan stated as concrete actions (Owner: manager)
<b>Stage 3 — Ship</b>
— ☐ Self-review against "would this survive a hard question?" (Owner: manager)
— ☐ Sent on the committed day, even if the news is flat (Owner: manager)
