Review themes (ReHub / GeneratePress + plugins / Affiliatable-style) ship heavy because tables, star ratings and pros/cons boxes all stack scripts. Here's the triage.

— Run PageSpeed on your money page and read the LCP element. On review pages it's almost always the comparison table or hero image, not text.
— Lazy-load below-fold tables, but NEVER lazy-load the first table or your LCP balloons.
— Inline the critical star-rating CSS; those tiny background-image stars cause layout shift as they pop in.
— Audit the pros/cons box plugin — many inject jQuery you can replace with 5 lines of CSS.
— Defer the price-API script; it's the biggest blocking call and the table can render without it.

Gotcha: review schema plugins often add a render-blocking JSON-LD generator that runs on every page including ones with no products. Scope it.

Bottom line: find the real LCP element, fix the first table and the stars (CLS), defer price scripts. Don't lazy-load above the fold chasing a green score.
