Everyone says: "Find what went viral and just do more of that."

Good instinct, wrong method. Replicating a hit needs forensics, not vibes:

— Isolate the variables: topic, hook, length, time, format. Most people copy the format and ignore the topic, which was the actual driver.
— Check who shared it. A hit spread by one big reshare isn't a repeatable formula — it's one person's mood.
— Look at the comments: were people debating, or relating? Debate-virality and relatable-virality need totally different sequels.
— Re-run the same topic, different angle. If it dies, the first one was timing.

Most "winning formulas" are one unrepeatable reshare wearing a costume.
