No. The "Sponsored" label readers supposedly don't notice? Eye-tracking studies have shown people skip native blocks faster than display once they recognize the pattern — and they recognize it instantly now. Banner blindness didn't die. It evolved into widget blindness.
The clicks you get aren't from people fooled into thinking it's editorial. They're from a thin slice of compulsive clickers and bored scrollers. "Blending in" doesn't buy you trust; it buys you ambiguity, and ambiguous traffic converts worse, not better. If your whole thesis is "they won't know it's an ad," your funnel is built on a 2014 assumption that stopped being true years ago.
