Transfer sequence
— Agree terms in writing, then open the escrow transaction
— Buyer funds escrow before you touch the domain — verify this
— Unlock the domain and provide the auth/EPP code
— Push to buyer's registrar or initiate transfer once escrow confirms funding
— Escrow releases funds only after buyer confirms receipt

For same-registrar deals, an account push is faster than a full transfer.
