— Posting rate from seeded list: 0.8–1.4%
— Effective CPM when they post: $3–$7
Gifted ROAS looks spectacular because COGS undercounts the real cost, but you can't scale past the tiny share who post unpaid. It's a high-return, hard-ceiling channel.
So what: use gifting to source paid partners, not as a standalone volume play.
