Exclusivity is a trap unless you control the off-ramp. Demand in writing: 1) a volume floor the network must hit or exclusivity dies. 2) A 30-day notice termination, not 90. 3) Rate-lock protection so they can't cut your payout mid-deal. 4) A carve-out for any offer they pull. 5) Right to audit caps monthly. No floor, no signature. An exclusive with no obligations on their side is just a leash.
