<b>Step 1.</b> Two weeks post-delivery, send a 3-line check-in: which video ran, what the CPA/CTR looked like, what they want more of.
<b>Step 2.</b> Log the answer against that concept in your hook bank and portfolio sheet.
<b>Step 3.</b> Reply with one data-backed next idea: "the POV hook won — want 3 more in that lane?"
<b>Step 4.</b> Tag the client as Rebook, Retainer, or Dormant.
This turns one job into a pipeline and one video into proof. Brands keep the creators who treat performance as a workflow, not luck. Save this loop and run it after every project. Rinse and repeat.
