Unpopular opinion: hoarding other people's hooks trains you to assemble copy from spare parts instead of thinking. You end up with Frankenstein captions that have ten great openers and zero point of view. Swipe the <i>structure</i>, never the line. The moment a phrase feels familiar enough to reach for, it's already burned out for the reader.
