<b>Framework: Definition-of-done for a creative</b>
Run this whenever a designer marks an ad "finished." Definition-of-done is the shared checklist that decides whether work is truly complete — no opinions, just boxes.

<b>The creative isn't done until</b>
— ☐ Exported in every required size and aspect ratio (Owner: designer)
— ☐ Text-on-image under the platform's 20% if it applies (Owner: designer)
— ☐ Legible at thumbnail size, checked at 30% zoom (Owner: designer)
— ☐ Offer claim matches the landing page word for word (Owner: copywriter)
— ☐ Brand and legal disclaimer present where required (Owner: copywriter)
— ☐ File named with date + angle + variant (Owner: designer)
— ☐ Dropped in the approved-assets folder, not a chat thread (Owner: designer)

<b>Owner:</b> Designer marks it, buyer accepts it
<b>Trigger:</b> Creative submitted for launch
<b>Done-when:</b> Every box checked and the buyer has accepted the file.

"Looks good" is not a definition of done. Save this. Run it every time.
