— ☐ Landing page approved by the advertiser if required (Owner: buyer)
— ☐ Conversion flow walked end to end as a real user (Owner: ops)
<b>Stage 3 — Safety net</b>
— ☐ AM contact saved with response-time expectation (Owner: buyer)
— ☐ Daily cap entered into the tracker to avoid overdelivery (Owner: ops)
<b>Owner:</b> Media buyer
<b>Trigger:</b> New offer accepted
<b>Done-when:</b> A test conversion fires and the postback is confirmed by the network.
