Myth: "This plan has unlimited bandwidth and storage, so I'll never hit a ceiling."

There is no unlimited disk. The ceiling just moved into a clause called "acceptable use" or an inode limit you've never read. Hit 200,000 files or sustain real CPU and a script flags you for "abuse" of a shared box.

Why advertise unlimited at all? Because 95% of buyers use almost nothing, so the word costs them nothing and converts you.

Follow the money: unlimited is a marketing line priced for the average, enforced against the outlier.

Reality: you get unlimited until you actually use it.
