Everyone says: "Use a LinkedIn automation tool to scale outreach — hundreds of DMs on autopilot."
The claim: automation scales relationship-building.
What's actually true: browser-automation tools trip LinkedIn's detection and now risk restriction or a ban, and reply rates on templated sequences have cratered as everyone runs them — recipients smell the script in line one. The thing that still converts is someone replying to content you posted, then a DM with real context.
Use automation only for safe, native actions — never mass-DM. To actually scale warm conversations, post things your buyers comment on, then reach out to the commenters.
It's not the automation that scales. It's the post that makes strangers raise their hand first.
