Checklist: Pre-launch smartlink QA

Purpose: catch the breaks that only show after traffic is live.

☐ Click-test every geo tier through a VPN, confirm the served offer matches the rule
☐ Confirm tracking token passes end-to-end: click ID lands in the advertiser postback
☐ Force a fallback by spoofing a blocked geo, confirm it serves not 404s
☐ Check the redirect hop count — 3+ hops bleeds clicks on mobile
☐ Verify HTTPS on every hop; one HTTP link kills iOS traffic
☐ Confirm caps are entered and the cap-reached behavior is set
☐ Load the final landing on a real phone, not just desktop emulation
☐ Fire one real conversion and confirm the postback returns within 60s

Never skip the live postback test. A green dashboard with no postback means you're flying blind.
