Roll out a naming convention across the whole stack
The playbook for making it stick past week two.
1 — Write the convention as a regex the tools can enforce, not prose.
Why: a pattern people must remember is a pattern people will break.
2 — Bake it into the link builder, campaign templates, and CRM picklists at the source.
Why: enforcement at creation beats correction in reporting every time.
3 — Migrate the last 90 days of records, not the whole history.
Why: full backfill is where these projects stall; recent data is what's queried.
4 — Assign one owner who approves any new naming dimension.
Why: conventions die when ten people can each add a new field type.
That's the stack for this week. Forward to a teammate.
