— Require itemized evidence per reversed click, not a lump-sum 'adjustment'
— Get the dispute SLA in writing
— Hold a portion of spend in escrow against retroactive reversals
Supposedly this is 'standard' and non-negotiable. It's standard because buyers don't push. Why are you accepting a refund clause that only ever flows one direction?
