— Monday: read last week's result, log it in the backlog sheet, win or lose.
— Monday: pick next test from a ranked backlog. Highest impact-to-effort on top.
— Tuesday: build variant B. One change. Box it in 90 minutes max.
— Tuesday: QA it, launch it.
— Wed-Sun: leave it alone. No peeking before day 5.
— Next Monday: repeat.

The trick is the ranked backlog. I never start a week wondering what to test.
