— Step 1: Stand up the new domain and warm DNS 24h before cutover (TTL low at 300s).
— Step 2: Mirror every routing rule, cap, and fallback to the new domain. Diff both configs.
— Step 3: Run both domains in parallel; send 5% of traffic to the new one for a smoke test.
— Step 4: Confirm postbacks fire from the new domain in the network's log.
— Step 5: Flip remaining traffic. Keep old domain live as a 301 catch for in-flight clicks.
— Step 6: Watch conversion rate for 2 hours. A drop = a rule didn't copy.

Keep the old domain 301-ing for 7 days. Cached links keep arriving.

Repeat the parallel-test step on every domain rotation, no exceptions.
