What publishing schedule should a brand-new site follow?
Q: New blog, no traffic. How often and in what order should I publish?
A: Short answer: consistency over volume, clusters over scatter. Longer answer, my first-90-days plan:
— Months 1-2: publish 2-3 posts a week, but ALL inside one tight cluster. You want topical depth fast.
— Pick low-competition, specific keywords — long phrases real people type, not head terms.
— Front-load your best 5 articles; those become your internal-linking hubs.
— Month 3: slow to 1-2/week and start refreshing the earliest posts while they're young.
— Never break a 7-day silence early on — momentum matters more than perfection.
Thirty mediocre posts beat ten perfect ones nobody finds, when you're new.
