The checklist:
— 1. Sign their agreement and get your account approved (this can take days).
— 2. Ask them for your 'bidder code' and 'placement IDs' — the labels that tell them which ad slot is which.
— 3. Add their code to your setup, one ad slot at a time.
— 4. Load your page and check their bid request actually fires.
— 5. Wait 48 hours, then look at whether they're winning any auctions.

Don't add five partners on day one. Add one, confirm it works, then add the next.
