Do this autopsy on your last 5 uploads:
— Mark every dip steeper than 5% in one second. That's a content problem, not a pacing one.
— Mark every slow bleed over 30 seconds. That's pacing, fix the edit not the script.
— Find your single biggest cliff. Rewatch the 3 seconds before it out loud.

Dips lie until you separate cliffs from bleeds. Most of you treat them the same.
