A rate card = a simple price list you send so you're not inventing numbers on the spot. Having one makes you sound calm and professional.

Build it in five rows:
— One in-feed post: your base price
— One short video: usually higher
— A bundle (post + 3 stories): base plus a discount
— Add-on: usage rights (running your content as an ad)
— Add-on: exclusivity (not working with rivals)

Example: post $500, video $800, bundle $1,100, usage +30%, exclusivity quoted case by case.

Leave the add-ons as 'starts at' so you keep room to negotiate.
