The author-schema mistake killing your review E-E-A-T
Failure: your review pages have Review schema with author as a bare string ('by Admin' or 'by Editorial Team'). For reviews, Google leans hard on author experience signals — an unidentifiable author is a trust hole. You did the structured data right and still look like a content farm.
The fix:
— author must be a Person with a sameAs linking to a real, populated author bio page, LinkedIn, or Twitter
— That author page needs its own Person schema + knowsAbout the review category
— Add reviewAspect and a real reviewBody with firsthand detail, not regurgitated specs
Gotcha nobody mentions: most review plugins let you set a rating but have NO field for author entity — they emit author: Organization (your brand), which is the exact self-serving pattern Google discounts for reviews. You often have to override the plugin's JSON-LD by hand.
Bottom line: a star rating without a real human author entity is schema theater — wire the author to a verifiable person.
