Burst-posting is cannibalizing your own reach
Heard (Confirmed behavior): firing 6 posts in 20 minutes makes them compete in the same distribution window — the algo rarely pushes two of your posts to the same user back-to-back, so later ones starve.
The failure mode: scheduler dumps a backlog at once, half the posts die on arrival.
The fix:
— Space posts 90+ minutes apart so each gets a clean test cohort
— One strong post per window beats a flurry
— Save the burst pattern for live-event reply chains, not standalone content
What it means for your reach: cadence is a distribution decision, not just a scheduling one.
